SAN DIEGO, CA – Double Blessings, manufacturer of the EZ-2-Nurse Twins™ Nursing Pillow (a special pillow designed to feed two babies at once), has expanded their product line to include the first-ever infant sling for twins.  The new product will enable a mother to simultaneously carry her twins, hands-free.

The new Double Take! ™ TwinSling is designed to offer independence to new mothers-of-twins.  Two padded cotton slings secure together, allowing concurrent carrying of twins.  Designed with a feature that allows adjustability of the sling fabric width and length (so as to “grow” as babies grow), an integrated auto-lock sport zipper can be unzipped and locked into place at different growth stages.  The two slings can ultimately be detached into two separate slings for older, heavier babies.  The Double Take! ™ TwinSling is patent-pending. 

Sandy Clark, owner of Double Blessings, and mother of twins herself, has teamed up with Patricia Collis, a talented juvenile product designer, and owner of “Dirty Face Designs”, to create this innovative new product.  They both saw the need, and collaborated to fill the niche.  “For years, we’ve been hearing from our customers that, as new moms, they are desperate to get out of the house with their babies,” says Sandy Clark.  Patricia wanted to incorporate adjustability, security, comfort, and utility into the design.  “New moms want to keep their infant twins close to them, and feel safe and secure once they leave the house.  Now, she can successfully multi-task outside, all while holding her twins close:  get her exercise during a walk while they nap, grocery shop or run errands, change diapers along the way, and even stop at a park bench to nurse.  We tell new moms, ‘Yes, there is life after your twin birth!’”
